Teen acne dry skin care and cure to acne

Acne is a major problem for millions of people. Although it is not caused by a single factor, acne is primarily caused by overactive sebaceous glands that result in excess oil. This overproduction of sebum when combined with dirt and bacteria results in acne formation.
Always use a mild, water-soluble, soap-free and oil-free cleanser for keeping your face, neck and arms clean. This is the most important part of any acne prevention routine particularly in teenagers and those prone to outbreaks. A good face cleaner is the easiest and the most effective way of removing dirt, grease, pollutants and excess oil from your skin and unblocking your pores. It is also recommended that you remove your makeup using a make up remover before you go to bed (not in the morning.)
Now how is swimming particularly helpful in eliminating acne? It is a well-known fact that exercise in general promotes healthy skin. In addition to that, the deep breathing allows more oxygen to be processed and circulated by the body assisting in the removal of toxins and dead cells from the body and promoting the regeneration of cells.
